小麥除餘（芒）機（jī） WheatDeburring machine

用（yòng）    途：小麥、水稻在精選加工前的處理設備（bèi），防（fáng）止篩（shāi）孔堵塞（sāi），提高精選機的除雜效果。

工作原理：通過主軸低速運轉（zhuǎn）的螺旋打杆及筒壁上靜止打杆（gǎn）不間斷的攪動、摩擦作用（yòng），將麥（mài）穗或麥殼中的小麥脫（tuō）殼；將稻穗脫粒（lì）或去除稻芒。打杆（gǎn）的角度在0°-30°之間可調（diào），筒內充滿程度與摩擦（cā）力可調節，根據不同農作物特性，調整打杆角度及（jí）筒內摩擦（cā）力，可適合不同農作物使用要求，並獲得最（zuì）佳脫殼與除芒效果。

進料口及出料口（kǒu）勻配有除塵管（guǎn）道快速接口，防止灰塵外溢。

螺旋打杆（gǎn）及筒壁（bì）勻（yún）用耐磨錳鋼材質，使用壽命≥10年。
