應用

通用（yòng）穀物（wù）分（fèn）選機主要用於（yú）對穀類、豆科、穀類作物（wù）、油菜等穀物和種子的（de）初、初、二次清洗（xǐ）。

本（běn）機用於生產線上的空氣（qì）篩分離器，可提供糧食或種子。

設計特點

-分離（lí）器將顆粒物質流分離成3 - 7個（gè）餾分;

-模塊化吸塵係統，可提供各種修改（gǎi）:

p -初步，l -工業（yè），s -種子（zǐ）清洗(圖1);

-篩麵z形排列，可對物料進行準確分選(圖2);

-允許通過重新排列接收托（tuō）盤來改變篩板的功能用途。(圖3);

-驅動機構不需要調整(采用自（zì）動張力裝置和齒輪馬達)(圖4-5)。

APPLICATION

The universal grain separator is designed for preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of grain and seeds of cereals, leguminous, cereal crops and canola.

The machine is used as the air-sieve separator in production lines and providers food grains or seeds.

DESIGN FEATURES

-       separator provides separation of the grain material flow into 3 to 7 fractions;

-       modular aspiration system can be supplied in various modifications:

p – preliminary, l – industrial, s – seed cleaning (Drawing 1);

-       z-arrangement of sieve surfaces provides accurate sorting of the material (Drawing 2);

-       it is allowed to change the functional purpose of the sieve planes by rearranging the receiving trays. (Drawing 3);

-       drive mechanisms do not require adjustment (automatic tensioners and gear motors are applied) (Drawings 4-5).
