半自動（dòng）包裝秤 Semi automatic packing scale

采用觸摸屏（píng）操作，全中文顯示，分有鬥（dòu）和無鬥稱重結構，所有機械動作由（yóu）氣缸完成，可自動完成進料、稱重、放料、夾袋（人工）、縫（féng）包（bāo）、計包等工序，與物料接觸部件采用sus304不鏽鋼，測重傳（chuán）感器采（cǎi）用瑞士梅特勒-托利多品牌，氣動元器件采用日本CKD品牌，包裝速度快，稱重穩定（dìng）、準確、可靠。

-具有超差報警、出錯提（tí）示、日誌存儲、U盤下載等功能。

-適合各種具備自流狀態的顆粒物料、100目以內的細沙類型物料。

-粉狀物料采（cǎi）用螺旋輸送方式進料稱重。

-包裝秤料倉（cāng）配有上下料位裝置，控製提升（shēng）機的（de）啟停。

-配有皮帶輸送機、雙線縫包機、塑料薄膜封口機、空壓機（jī）。

-配有除塵管道接口。

-可與掃碼、防（fáng）偽、追溯（sù）係統配套對（duì）接。

It adopts touch screen operation and full Chinese display. It is divided into bucket and bucket free weighing structure. All mechanical actions are completed by cylinder, which can automatically complete the processes of feeding, weighing, discharging, bag clamping (manual), sewing and bag counting. SUS304 stainless steel is used for the parts contacting with materials. The weight sensor is made of METTLER TOLEDO brand in Switzerland, and the pneumatic components are made of CKD brand in Japan with packaging speed It is stable, accurate and reliable.

-It has the functions of out of tolerance alarm, error prompt, log storage, U disk download and so on.

-It is suitable for all kinds of granular materials with self flowing state and fine sand materials within 100 mesh.

-The powder material is fed and weighed by spiral conveying.

-The bin of packing scale is equipped with upper and lower material level device to control the start and stop of hoist.

-Equipped with belt conveyor, double line sewing machine, plastic film sealing machine, air compressor.

-Equipped with dust removal pipeline interface.

-It can be matched with code scanning, anti-counterfeiting and traceability system.
